Digital Printing
TechniGraphics uses state-of-the-art wide web and flat-bed digital printers designed to give our customers the finest end-product available, using some of the most advanced brands including Canon, Epson, Durst and Roland Digital.
We employ 4 Canon M5W high performance 64-inch roll-to-roll digital printers featuring UVgel technology for fast, durable, and odorless graphics. Images are up to 1800 dpi and are durable for indoor and outdoor use.
Screen Printing
For over 65 years, TechniGraphics has been providing screen-printing to thousands of commercial and retail companies world-wide. Our story began in 1959, when Bell Helicopter of Fort Worth, Texas entrusted us with producing hundreds of thousands of decals, nameplates, and trim pieces.
Today we employ some of the most advanced screen-printing equipment including the M&R Conquest 6-color in-line screen printer. Our 65 years of experience equates to exceptional results that exceed industry requirements. Presses handle sizes up to 25" x 38".
CNC Digital Cutting
Custom, accurate and high precision digital cutting is a highlight of TechniGraphics' capabilities. Digital cutting is a modern, die-less process that uses computer-controlled routers or oscillating knives to precisely cut, crease, and shape materials from digital files — saving thousands of dollars with no need for hard tooling.
We have 4 state-of-the-art Cutworx large format flat-bed CNC routers plus over a dozen wide-web roll cutters — all delivering exacting, precise cutting results.

Laminating
Lamination adds one or more additional layers to a printed substrate for enhanced durability and protection. We have 4 roll-form heat assisted laminating lines as well as a hand-apply department for selective adhesive placement.

Polyurethane Doming
TechniGraphics popular Domed Decals give your product and brand a look of distinction. Crystal clear polyurethane resin is applied to the decal forming a dome of protection and adding beauty to your image. This 3-D look is weather resistant and non-yellowing for indoor or outdoor use.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving uses laser technology to engrave, cut or mark materials with an intense beam of laser light. Unlike traditional rotary engravers which are limited by cutter size, laser engravers can achieve even the finest text and design without cutting tools.
TechniGraphics' laser is 80W power with a 20" x 32" bed.
